Bart Blatstein, President and Chief Executive Officer
Bart Blatstein is the CEO of the privately held development company Tower Developments. Under his guise, Tower Investments has become well known for its aggressive and creative urban investments in major projects, as well as its expertise in all aspects of planning, design, construction, financing and leasing. Most recently, Bart set his development focus on the redevelopment of Northern Liberties and established the neighborhood as the place in Philadelphia, to live, work and play. His redevelopment efforts have created jobs, business opportunities, tax revenues and the impetus for more investment in the Philadelphia.
In his more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Bart Blatstein has earned the reputation as one of the region’s most respected and successful developers. Tower transformed vast tracts of post-industrial properties along Columbus Boulevard into flourishing retail, entertainment, and office development, including Riverview Plaza, Columbus Crossing and Dickinson Square. In Manayunk, his company developed the largest contiguous commercial site along the Schuylkill riverfront.
Mr. Blatstein is also very active in array of business, civic and charitable groups. He was a founding member of the Waterfront Developers Council, and is the past President of the Jewish Publishing Group board and serves on the Board of Trustees of Community College of Philadelphia, President’s Advisory Board and Board of Visitors of Temple University, Northeast Treatment Centers, Federation of Jewish Agencies as Real Estate Division chairman and Israel Bonds and the Technical Assistance Center for Emerging Contractors.

Brandon Dixon, Operating Director
Brandon Dixon serves as Operating Director for Tower Investments, Inc. He oversees all operations, leasing, and marketing strategies for both residential and commercial properties. Mr. Dixon coordinates all sales and marketing promotions for a portfolio in excess of $700 million, and consistently ensures an average occupancy of 97% plus. Mr. Dixon has been recognized for his ability to stimulate sales, maintain retention rates and improve occupancy throughout the Tower portfolio. Prior to joining Tower Investments, Inc. Mr. Dixon held many positions at GMH communities, who’s portfolio was valued at $1.8 billion.

Tina Roberts, Director of Development
Tina Roberts has provided an invaluable 20 years with Tower Investments, Inc. Ms. Roberts’ responsibilities include developing, coordinating, implementing the initiatives of the company. Ms. Roberts has been an asset in creating partnerships and ensuring two-way communication with City of Philadelphia officials and local neighborhoods. She has contributed to helping launch over $700 million in development through her entitlement work. In addition to her duties at Tower Investments, Inc., she works as member of the Newtown Square Planning Commission.

Janice D. Birenbaum, Finance Director
Janice Birenbaum joined Tower Investments, Inc. in November 2012. Prior to joining Tower she was Vice President, Structured Finance Administrator at RAIT Financial Trust, a Publicly Traded Real Estate Trust for seven years. At RAIT she managed over $10 billion in U.S. and European collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), a credit derivative, monitored compliance to mitigate risk and retain capital and lead cross functional teams to build servicing infrastructure. Prior to RAIT, Janice was Vice President, Commercial Lending at The Bancorp Bank, an FDIC Insured Commercial Bank for five years. She was also Vice President of Sales and Marketing of an SBA Certified Development Company administrating the 504 Subordinated Mortgage loan program for the financing of owner-occupied real estate. Ms.Birenbaum has held positions on various Not-for-Profit boards and is currently a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Friends of Rittenhouse Square and Chair of the Auction Committee of the Heart Ball.
Elizabeth Galvani, Controller
Elizabeth Galvani brings over 10 years experience as Controller for Philadelphia based Property Management and Real Estate Development Companies. She has worked with multi-family portfolios encompassing over 5,000 units in financing, sales and acquisition support. Her background includes financial reporting to lenders as well as owners and investors. Liz is responsible for all aspects of our Accounting Department’s daily, monthly and annual work requirements as well as staff development and assisting with various finance and business initiatives.
