Bart Blatstein, President and Chief Executive Officer
Bart Blatstein is the CEO of the privately held development company Tower Developments. Under his guise, Tower Investments has become well known for its aggressive and creative urban investments in major projects, as well as its expertise in all aspects of planning, design, construction, financing and leasing. Most recently, Bart set his development focus on the redevelopment of Northern Liberties and established the neighborhood as the place in Philadelphia, to live, work and play. His redevelopment efforts have created jobs, business opportunities, tax revenues and the impetus for more investment in the Philadelphia.
In his more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Bart Blatstein has earned the reputation as one of the region’s most respected and successful developers. Tower transformed vast tracts of post-industrial properties along Columbus Boulevard into flourishing retail, entertainment, and office development, including Riverview Plaza, Columbus Crossing and Dickinson Square. In Manayunk, his company developed the largest contiguous commercial site along the Schuylkill riverfront.
Mr. Blatstein is also very active in array of business, civic and charitable groups. He was a founding member of the Waterfront Developers Council, and is the past President of the Jewish Publishing Group board and serves on the Board of Trustees of Community College of Philadelphia, President’s Advisory Board and Board of Visitors of Temple University, Northeast Treatment Centers, Federation of Jewish Agencies as Real Estate Division chairman and Israel Bonds and the Technical Assistance Center for Emerging Contractors.

Tina Roberts, Vice President
Tina Roberts has provided an invaluable 20 years with Tower Investments. A graduate of Penn State University, Tina's responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and implementing the initiatives of the company. Tina has been an asset by creating partnerships and ensuring two-way communication with city officials and local neighborhoods. She has contributed to helping launch over $500 million in development. In addition to her duties at Tower Investments, she also works as a member of the Newtown Square planning Commission.

Brandon Dixon, Chief Operating Officer
Brandon Dixon serves as Chief Operating Officer for Tower Investments Inc. He oversees all operations, leasing, and marketing strategies for both residential and commercial properties. Brandon coordinates all sales and marketing promotions for a portfolio in excess of $700 million, and consistently ensures an average occupancy of 97% plus. Brandon has been recognized for his ability to stimulate sales, maintain retention rates and improve occupancy throughout the Towers portfolio. Prior to Joining Tower Investments Inc. Brandon held many positions at GMH communities, who’s portfolio was valued at $1.8 billion.

Blair Kalish Adler, General Counsel
Blair Kalish Adler joined Tower Investments, Inc. as general counsel in January 2012. Prior to working with Tower Investments, Inc., Blair was an attorney at Hing Cheng P.C. where her practice encompassed all aspects of real estate and corporate transactional work, including acquisitions, dispositions and development of commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use properties. Blair received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Pennsylvania State University in 1997 and a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2000. Blair is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has served on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Kathy Stephens, Controller
Kathy supervises the daily accounting functions for all Tower properties and is responsible for the financial reporting for all Tower related entities for internal management use, lenders and taxing authorities. Prior to joining Tower Investments in 2008, Kathy spent 12 years with a local financial services company that specializes in real estate investments and 14 years with a New York based hotel management company. She holds a bachelors degree from La Salle University and an MBA from Temple University.
