Brandon Dixon | President

Brandon Dixon is the President of Tower Investments and has been with the company for the past fifteen years.  Brandon oversees asset management for the company’s commercial and residential real estate portfolio in both the Philadelphia and Atlantic City markets.  Brandon is also responsible for overseeing and managing all business development related activity for the company including commercial and residential leasing.

In Philadelphia, Brandon has executed over 1.5 million square feet of commercial and residential leasing.  In 2018, Brandon successfully retained 97% occupancy of the company’s 205-unit luxury apartment complex despite an influx of over 500 newly developed units to the North Broad Street Submarket.  In Atlantic City, Brandon oversees the management of the Showboat Hotel’s property staff and all business- development related activity.  Within two years, Brandon executed over 30,000 square feet of commercial leasing and also led the company’s effort to reopen the formerly closed casino property into a fully operation non-casino hotel.

In 2018, Brandon Dixon was awarded the prestigious 40 Under 40 Business Leaders Award by Philadelphia Business Journal.  In the same year, Brandon was also awarded the Who’s Who in Real Estate Award by the South Jersey Business Journal. Prior to joining Tower Investments, Inc. Mr. Dixon held many positions at GMH Communities, whose portfolio was valued at $1.8 billion.

Tina Roberts | Executive Vice President

Tina Roberts, a 29 year executive with Tower Investments has been invaluable to the company’s tenure and success. Tina’s responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of real estate strategy and programs, including identifying, structuring and executing acquisition opportunities and strategic development initiatives and directing project planning. Tina has been an asset in creating partnerships and ensuring two-way communication with City of Philadelphia officials and local neighborhoods.  She has contributed to launching over $700 million in development through her entitlement work.  In addition to her duties at Tower Investments, Tina serves as an elected Supervisor for the Newtown Township Board of Supervisors and was previously a Member of Newtown Township Planning Commission.

Connor Price | Vice president of business development

Connor Price serves as Vice President of Business Development for Tower Investments and has been with the organization for approximately five years.  He is responsible for overseeing business development initiatives across the company’s operating real estate portfolio.  This includes leasing, financing, asset management, acquisitions and public finance.  Mr. Price coordinates sales and marketing across the organization’s real estate holdings in Philadelphia and Atlantic City.  Prior to joining Tower Investments, Connor worked at Pacific Coast Capital Partners where he oversaw asset management of an equity portfolio valued at over $400mm.  Connor began his career at BlackRock in fixed income portfolio management and he graduated The Pennsylvania State University with a B.Sc. in Finance.

 

Brad Slenn | GENERAL COUNSEL

A seasoned attorney with more than two decades of experience, Brad has an extensive background representing entrepreneurial clients in real estate, commercial leasing, corporate transactions and general corporate issues, complex commercial litigation, contract, employment, trade secret and franchising.  In roles as both in-house and outside counsel, Brad has counseled numerous corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and operation of a wide range of projects and businesses in various industries including retail, real estate, restaurant/hospitality and service sectors including a, international franchisor with over 100 franchisees.  Brad currently oversees the Tower’s commercial real estate acquisitions, financing, corporate contracts, compliance and commercial leasing.  He has a JD from the University of Miami.
