Newest plan for Blatstein’s South Broad St. site calls for apartment towers over block-wide parking deck

PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Tower Investments Inc. announced today Chief Operating Officer Brandon Dixon has been promoted to President, effective immediately. Mr. Dixon will remain as COO as he concurrently assumes theDeveloper Bart Blatstein is planning a complex of 14- and 15-story apartment buildings that share a block-long parking deck in his most recent proposal for the sprawling lot he owns at the northeast corner of Broad Street and Washington Avenue in South Philadelphia.

Philly's Bart Blatstein buying more land in Atlantic City

Atlantic City has announced that it has sold three properties to Philadelphia real estate developer Bart Blatstein recently for a total of $5,960,000.

The parcels included Garden Pier; a four acre parcel on block 61 next to Showboat Hotel; and the third package included several lots in block 80 along the Inlet.

The 39,500 square foot Garden Pier went for $1.5 million. The Showboat neighbor, which is 2.3 acres, fetched $3.8 million. The 26,900 square feet covering a dozen undersized lots went for $660,00.

PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Tower Investments Inc. announced today Chief Operating Officer Brandon Dixon has been promoted to President, effective immediately.
